Welcome to the Simply Hamperlicious Website. This Website is owned and operated by Simply Hamperlicious (“Us” “We” “Our”). These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Website by You, the Website viewer and/or customer (“You” “Your”) and to orders placed on Us by You by any means, including telephone, email or other communication.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND PRICES ON OUR WEBSITE
The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images.
The prices of the Products will be as quoted on our site and which may change from time to time. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of Products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system
Our site contains a large number of Products. It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the Products on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the Products you have ordered we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Product at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the Products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

Unless otherwise stated the copyright and any other intellectual property rights to the content on this Website are owned by Us.
You are only allowed to use content found on this Website as expressly agreed by the directors of Simply Hamperlicious.
All Products shown on our site are subject to availability
While photography and descriptions are intended to be accurate, we reserve the right to substitute items of similar or greater value if those stated are unavailable for any reason
You must be aged eighteen or above in order to purchase any products and/or services from Our website
DAMAGED GOODS/RETURNS POLICY
Our hampers are packed in such a way that they are suitable for travelling through multiple handling depots of carriers. However if any contents of our hampers are damaged on receipt please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by e-mail or telephone. Refunds or replacements will then be offered.
If we are given an incorrect address or the recipient has moved then an additional charge of £9.95 will be made for re-direction.
You may cancel an order up to 2 working days before the requested delivery date. However, if we receive notice of your cancellation later than 2 working days before the delivery date, you may be too late to halt the delivery. Cancellation will not be possible when there is less than 3 working days to delivery date and no refunds will be possible.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control. An Event Outside Our Control is defined below:
An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a Contract:
(a) we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and
(b) our obligations under a Contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of Products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.
We aim to deliver within 6 working days and require a full postal code and telephone number of the recipient to assist successful delivery. Mainland UK Only. Monday to Friday deliveries are charged at a standard rate of £8.95 Any bulk order will be discussed on individual basis. It is Your responsibility to provide correct and full delivery address. Simply Hamperlicious does not take any responsibility for parcels that have been lost due to incorrect address provided.
Please do notify us by telephone or email if you require the hamper or gift to be delivered by a certain date.

We are normally open between 10am and 7pm Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays, but feel free to call outside of these hours - there's often someone around who can help, and you can always leave us a message if there is not.
